Yepp, my kids run in circles through the hall-living room-dining room-kitchen-hall-etc. and want me to join them. I make it about three laps before I have to sit down and catch my breath.

I agree! Gracen also finds so much joy in putting on her “fast runners” and doing laps around the house. She smiles and laughs lap after lap. I just wish running made me that happy! :)
