I haven’t tried making coloured moon/cloud dough yet, but I know it’s possible. Regular liquid and gel food colouring won’t work as you can’t blend them into the flour well enough and of course they’ll separate from the baby oil, but I’ve heard adding powdered tempera paint to the flour mixture is the way to go!
