“More” was the first word my grandchild signed. It always happened during meals. We would chuckle. He started saying he wanted more as soon as we placed the spoon in his mouth. He merely tells us now that he is three. He may be able to store food in a hollow leg, in my opinion.

How wonderful he’s doing so well!! I’ve been praying for all of you! I found the adjustment from 1 to 2 kids much bigger than I had anticipated. It sounds like you’re doing great. Hope you find some moments for yourself too!

Elliot was the same as a baby, moving moving moving. And wouldn’t sleep unless he was moving – we didn’t have a car so it was endless walks in the pram every night. If I had to be somewhere, I would leave early to get him to fall asleep in his pram first. It was hard to attend baby classes and meet-ups, because Elliot didn’t ever want to just sit still unless he was eating. I’m glad Sam is doing so well though! It would be good to have a little visit with you before we move. x

Sam is amazing! The first word my grandson signed was “more”. It was always when eating. We would laugh. As soon as we got the spoon to his mouth he was already telling us he wanted more. Now that he’s 3, he just tells us. I think that he has a hollow leg that he can store food!
Enjoy your babies. Hold them. Rock them. It passes so quickly.
