I’m making it again today (have made multiple times before) and it makes such an easy and tasty snack). I freeze some in larger portions to pull out and keep in the fridge and eat at home, and then freeze some in individual little reusable pouches for lunches. We live close to an apple orchard and so it’s easy to get large quantities or fruit. I’m SO happy you showed me that I don’t need to peel the apples first. 😆 thanks for the wonderful recipe!
