When you live in Vancouver, you learn to make the most of the rain. It simply rains too much not to.
Besides getting out and puddle jumping, one thing Miss G and I have always enjoyed doing on dreary wet days is creating rain art. In the past, we’ve done a lot of rainy day splatter painting, but this year we’ve been trying out a new technique.
It’s perfect for munchkins of all ages and the end result is a gorgeous, soft watercolour result that is a perfect finished project as it is, or the prefect jumping off point for another project all together.
To find out more, pop on over to CBC Parents to read all of the details in our rain art post.
